Pets are a part of our family. We treat them like a family member, they eat with us and sleep with us. They give us unconditional love. What would we do without them?
Tammi Jacobsen and I both work for the MA Small Business Development Center. She is a great friend and has been my technology partner over the past few months. She and I started blogging together. We helped each other through the Typepad system, which is the blogging system we use. When you take on something this complicated, it's nice to have someone to bounce ideas as well as frustrations.
Tammi's blog is called Gracie's Bark. It is a wonderful blog about her dog, Gracie, along with dog tips, videos, activities, training and more. We have a dog named Brody and we are avid fans. So, today's blog is for Gracie, a dog biscuit recipe for Banana Biscotti Dog Biscuits. We found this recipe at Bullwrinkle, a website with dog products and dog biscuit recipes. Over the next few months, we will highlight some dog recipes because Brody is a part of our family.
The dog biscuits were easy to make and Brody has been snacking on them all weekend. It's hard to tell if he likes them or loves them since he will eat anything. They have a wonderful banana scent and didn't demand any rolling or cookie cutting. You bake and slice them like biscotti. I caution you on one thing, put them away so that people won't snack on them. My kids had lots of fun trying to get friends to eat them.
